Heeello Stash Yarn

Lisa Souza Sock Merino in Bronze
And then the sun peeked through to bathe the yarn in her glory, but the sun can be a little liar…the top photo is more color accurate.
Yarns like this languishing in my stash are why I have had no problems knitting from my stash so far. For me, making that conscious decision not to buy has been liberating not constricting.
Thanks for the compliments on Mr. Squidersons. I plan to post a freezer paper t-shirt tutorial on Sunday afternoon. I know there are some good ones out there, so I mainly plan to focus on tips on how to add some extra detail if you want to.

I can understand your preference for knitting from your stash. (:

Beautiful yarn! I bet it would make great cable socks. What are you planning?
I have so much sock yarn now, that I don’t even want to think about buying more.

Lisa does the most amazing colors. It’s fun to rediscover your hidden stash treasures.

That is beautiful yarn! It’s fun to revisit the stash! Sometimes we just put it away to either hide or ensure it’s safety!
BTW-very interested in your tutorial on the painting. I love the squid!

Such pretty yarn!
I feel the same way about my stash. There is so much goodness in there that when I look through it I am inspired all over again! So why, oh why do I keep adding to it?
I’m looking forward to your freezer paper tutorial! I already have the paper, t-shirts and paint!! Perhaps it’ll be a fun project with the kiddos over the long President’s Day weekend.

I have some trekking that is politely waiting for me in my stash to make socks for mr moe.
Pretty yarn – my favourite colour :) (I say that every time I comment here don’t I?)
BTW the squid rocks. I want one of my own to play with the dog.

If I had a stash like yours, I wouldn’t mind either. My stash? Not so much. That’s why my goal this year is to buy more! :) I like the color. It’s so warm. Like cornbread and butter!

Love the color! I haven’t tied the Lisa Souza yet – hopefully soon though.
I’m looking forward to the Mr. Squiderson tutorial! You did a great job on that.

I love how your blog background colors and the sock yarn compliment each other. I can’t wait to see what kind of fabulousness you knit up with that happy skein of sun-drenched yarn!
